Terms of Service

1. Definitions

  • “Client” means the person or entity who engages the services of Aries Concierge.
  • “Aries Concierge” means the company that provides concierge services to the Client.
  • “Services” means the services provided by Aries Concierge to the Client, as specified in the Concierge Agreement.
  • “Concierge Agreement” means the agreement between the Client and Aries Concierge that sets out the terms and conditions of the Services.

2. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By engaging the services of Aries Concierge, the Client agrees to the terms and conditions set out in this document. If the Client does not agree to these terms and conditions, they should not engage the services of Aries Concierge.

3. Services

Aries Concierge will provide the Services to the Client to the best of its ability. Aries Concierge will use its reasonable skill and care in providing the Services.

The Services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Making travel arrangements
  • Booking restaurants
  • Arranging entertainment
  • Providing event planning
  • Running errands
  • Providing personal shopping
  • And more

4. Fees

The Client will pay Aries Concierge the fees specified in the Concierge Agreement. The fees are payable in advance, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Cancellation

The Client may cancel the Concierge Agreement at any time by giving written notice to Aries Concierge. If the Client cancels the Concierge Agreement within 30 days of the start of the Services, the Client forgoes the first months payment.

6. Liability

Aries Concierge will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the Client as a result of the Services, except to the extent that such loss or damage is caused by the negligence of Aries Concierge.

7. Governing Law

The Concierge Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

8. Entire Agreement

This document constitutes the entire agreement between the Client and Aries Concierge in relation to the Services. There are no other representations, warranties, or agreements, express or implied, between the Client and Aries Concierge in relation to the Services.

9. Severability

If any provision of this document is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be struck out and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

10. Waiver

No waiver of any provision of this document will be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.

11. Notices

All notices given under this document will be in writing and will be deemed to have been duly given when delivered in person, upon the first business day following deposit in the United Kingdom mail, postage prepaid, certified or registered, return receipt requested, addressed as follows:

  • If to the Client: [Client Name] [Client Address]
  • If to Aries Concierge: [Aries Concierge Name] [Aries Concierge Address]

or to such other address as either party may designate in writing from time to time.

12. Headings

The headings in this document are for convenience only and will not affect its interpretation.

13. Counterparts

This document may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which will be deemed an original, but all of which together will constitute one and the same instrument.

14. Law

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

15. Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

16. Additional Terms and Conditions

In addition to the terms and conditions set out above, the following additional terms and conditions apply to the Services provided by Aries Concierge:

  • Aries Concierge reserves the right to refuse to provide Services to any Client for any reason.
  • Aries Concierge reserves the right to change the fees for the Services at any time.
  • Aries Concierge reserves the right to cancel the Services at any time, with or without notice.
  • Aries Concierge reserves the right to request government issued identification as a part of the companies ‘Know Your Client” policy.

The Client agrees to these additional terms and conditions by engaging the services of Aries Concierge.

Terms and Conditions for Aries Concierge Limited

  1. Purchase, Cancellations, and Refunds

1.1 Aries Concierge Limited strives to ensure all package features are consistently available to the customer. Should any feature become unavailable, we will make earnest attempts to fulfil prior commitments. However, we are not liable for third-party actions or circumstances beyond our control. If entry to an event is denied through no fault of the customer, a full refund will be processed within 10 business days.

1.2 All purchases are final and non-refundable. If a cancellation occurs due to the customer’s fault after Aries Concierge Limited has already secured tickets, the customer agrees to reimburse the full cost of those tickets.

1.3 Refunds are only granted if Aries Concierge Limited fails to secure event tickets. If the customer attends an afterparty associated with the event, the cost, as determined by Aries Concierge Limited, will be deducted from any refund. Full refunds will issued within 10 business days if the event is cancelled or tickets are not honoured through no fault of the customer.

1.4 Occasionally, if agreed upon, Aries Concierge Limited will attempt to resell cancelled tickets. If successful, the customer will be refunded the lesser of 80% of the resale price or 80% of the original purchase price.

1.5 Admission Procurement is subject to the following:

  1. a) Aries Concierge Limited specialises in granting access to exclusive events, which may include tickets, invitations, or guest list entries. These admissions are not typical retail offerings, but rather exclusive accesses obtained through specialised channels. The pricing of these admissions reflects not only the inherent value of the unique event access but also encompasses the service charges for our expertise, effort, and resources employed in securing them. 
  1. b) Ticket prices are determined by market conditions and are not set by Aries Concierge Limited.

1.6 Event Cancellations or Delays:

Aries Concierge Limited shall not be held liable for any cancellations, postponements, or delays of events caused by the venue or due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to accidents, Acts of God, riots, strikes, labour difficulties, epidemics, actions by public authorities, or other unforeseeable events. In the unfortunate event that an event is cancelled by the venue, Aries Concierge Limited commits to issuing a full refund to our clients within 10 business days of the cancellation notification.

1.7 We reserve the right to withdraw services and will issue a full refund within 10 business days if we are unable to fulfil a request.

1.8 If we cannot meet a request, the customer will be notified as soon as possible and a full refund will be issued within 10 business days.

  1. Liability

2.1 Aries Concierge diligently delivers services with reasonable care and skill, following client instructions as closely as possible. When providing third-party goods or services, we act solely as an intermediary, carefully selecting suppliers and ensuring orders align with client preferences. However, Aries Concierge does not endorse or provide recommendations for any third-party goods or services.

2.2 Aries Concierge Limited’s responsibility is limited to delivering the package as specified in the invoice or online payment confirmation. While we endeavour to provide accurate additional event details through emails or calls, we are not liable for any inaccuracies in this supplementary information unless it impedes the client’s ability to attend the event.

2.3 Client and Supplier Relations:

Aries Concierge Limited, as an agent, connects clients with third-party suppliers. Clients’ rights are directly with these suppliers. While we strive to ensure service accuracy, we’re not liable for third-party actions or inaccuracies, except when they prevent event attendance.

2.4 Nature of Tickets:

Tickets from Aries Concierge Limited may include guest list names, e-tickets, or physical tickets. Clients’ dealings with third-party suppliers are independent, and Aries Concierge Limited disclaims liability for third-party actions, unless arrangements were made through us.

2.5 Liability Limitations:

2.5.1 Our liability is confined to negligence causing death or personal injury.

2.5.2 We are not liable for losses arising from services or reliance on third-party goods, except for inaccuracies that impede event attendance.

2.5.3 Liability for client errors in instructions is also disclaimed.

2.5.4 Our maximum liability is capped at the value of the services provided by Aries Concierge Limited.

2.6 Compensation for Ticket Substitutions:

If event tickets are substituted for a different category, clients will receive a refund for the price difference, plus a goodwill gesture. Our liability for breaches is limited to the service value.

2.7 Credit Card Processing Fees

Aries Concierge Limited reserves the right to apply a credit card processing fee for payments made via credit card. This fee will range between 1.5% to 3.5%, depending on the type of card used. This fee covers the costs imposed by our payment processor and will be clearly indicated at the time of payment. Clients are encouraged to consider alternative payment methods, which may not incur these additional fees.

2.8 Booking Confirmation Liability:

In relation to bookings confirmed under Section 6, Aries Concierge Limited’s liability is limited to situations where a confirmed package becomes unavailable or changes post-payment clearance. In such cases, as detailed in Section 6.3, our responsibility is to offer an alternative package or a full refund. Aries Concierge Limited disclaims any further liability for losses or damages arising from changes in package availability.

2.9 Compliance with Law:

“This section’s provisions are applicable as allowed by law.”

  1. CONFIDENTIALITY 

3.1 Agreement Confidentiality:

The contents and terms of this Agreement are confidential between the parties. Unauthorised disclosure constitutes a material breach.

3.2 Confidential Information and Usage:

Parties will exchange confidential information, defined as documentation from Aries Concierge Limited to the Client, including invoices, contracts, and this document. Usage of this information is solely for services under this Agreement. Disclosure within each party’s organisation is limited to those with a need to know and requires written consent for any third-party sharing. Confidentiality obligations extend to employees and agents. Unauthorised disclosure, discussion, or disparagement about Aries Concierge Limited, its operations, representatives, or the client’s dealings with Aries Concierge Limited is prohibited and considered a material breach.

3.3 Restrictions on Information Sharing:

Terms, conditions, and existence of this Agreement are strictly confidential. Disclosure is allowed only with mutual written consent, to accountants or attorneys, or if required by court order. Communication with media or public entities about this Agreement is forbidden.

3.4 Purchase Integrity:

Tickets must be purchased in good faith, not for entrapment purposes. Clients are liable for costs incurred through dishonest purchasing.

  1. Interest on Late Payments

4.1 Interest Rate on Overdue Accounts:

Aries Concierge Limited reserves the right to apply an interest charge of 2.5% per month over the base rate, compounded monthly, on all overdue accounts.

  1. Availability

5.1 Offerings Subject to Availability:

All services and offerings provided by Aries Concierge Limited are subject to availability at the time of booking.

  1. Booking Confirmation and Payment

6.1 Bookings are acknowledged as confirmed upon verbal or written agreement through any communication channel, including phone calls, emails, or messaging platforms. Once a booking is confirmed, it becomes subject to the non-refundable policy as outlined in 1.2.

6.2 Finalisation of bookings is subject to the clearance of payment into Aries Concierge Limited’s bank account. This applies to payments made via credit card or any other means where there may be a delay in fund transfer.

6.3 In the event that the confirmed package becomes unavailable or undergoes significant changes prior to the client’s payment has cleared but before final booking, Aries Concierge Limited will notify the client promptly. The client will then have the option to accept an alternative package, if available, potentially involving additional costs, or receive a full refund.

6.3 In the event that the confirmed package becomes unavailable or undergoes significant changes either before or after the client’s payment has cleared but prior to the final booking confirmation, Aries Concierge Limited will notify the client promptly. The client will then have the option to accept an alternative package, if available, potentially involving additional costs, or receive a full refund. In the case of a refund, Aries Concierge Limited reserves the right to deduct any reasonable costs incurred, including credit card processing fees, from the refund amount.

6.4 Aries Concierge Limited endeavours to maintain the availability of all confirmed packages but cannot guarantee this availability due to potential changes that are out of our control.

  1. Acceptance of Terms

7.1 Booking with us constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

  1. Governing Law

8.1 These terms are governed by English law and are subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
